Service Description

A specialised, non invasive complementary therapy that applies targeted pressure to specific point of the feet, which are believed to correspond to the various organs and systems throughout the body. Often described as a "map of the body" these reflex points are stimulated using thumbs, fingers, and knuckles to unblock energy pathways and promote the body's natural self healing.
