Service Description

A gentle sensory focused wellness treatment designed to calm the nervous system rather then manipulate deep into the muscles. Instead of relieving knots this treatment takes you from fight-or flight mode to rest-and-digest. The soothing sensations trigger a euphoric sense of calm and feel-good endorphins such as serotonin and dopamine, which lower stress and cortisol levels.
